You're not connected to your MiFi!

Something's gone wrong, but we can help!

It looks like your Afrihost MiFi device is not accessible. Check out the tips below on how to make sure you are connected properly, and get the absolute best out of your own personal hotspot maker!

How to Get Connected to your MiFi Device

Is this because I have no signal?
Your cellular signal strength will only affect internet connectivity, and not your access to your MiFi. As long as your signal indicator shows that you have reception, there is nothing to worry about.
Where can I find my Wi-Fi Password?
You'll find your default Wi-Fi Network Name and Wi-Fi Password on the inside cover of your MiFi Device. Simply remove the back cover, and enter the details on Wi-Fi compatible device (e.g. smartphone or tablet).
Check the Device's Wi-Fi settings
Have you set up your Wi-Fi Network correctly on your Wireless device? Make sure the Wi-Fi Password and Wi-Fi Network settings are correct. If necessary, delete or forget the Wireless Network and connect again.
I've forgotten my custom settings
You can restore your device's factory settings by holding in the RESET button. This will default the device back to the Wi-Fi Network Name and Password on the inside of your device's back cover.
Have I run out of Mobile Data?
You are seeing this page because you are not connected to your MiFi, not because your data is finished.
Check the Device Power
The power indicator (battery icon) will show you if your device has power. If not, make sure the device is fully switched on.
